The Marketplace - What is it?

If you are a registered dealer, Marketplace offers a vast list of vehicles that are on sale. We offer vehicles buyers the simplest buying experience and process.

Get Started - How?

First you will need to become an approved dealer. To do so, simply complete the registration form and you can begin buying and selling within 24 hours.

Experiencing Issues while using the website - What should I do?

Contact us at your convenience. You can find the Contact Us form on the home page. Simply fill out the form and specify the issue you are experiencing. We will assist you promptly.

Become an Approved Dealer - How do I register?

To register you will need to fill out the registration form. Once you click the “Register” button you will receive an email confirming your email address. Click the verification link provided in the email to continue with the registration process.

Approved Dealer - How to become one and what licence will I need?

To become an approved dealer you will need to register on the Auction Streaming website. There will be qualifications and criteria in order for you to qualify as an approved dealer. The following licenses are required:
Valid dealer’s license. This is an authorized license from the state(s) which you conduct business in.
Valid driver’s license

Registration Process - How long will it take?

The registration applications are all processed in the order which they are received. The time for processing may vary. The amount of applications and also the accuracy will determine the time it takes to process. Usually this entire process will take anywhere from 24-48 business hours.

Your login credentials are created at the point of registeration. An email confirmation will be sent once your registration has been approved.

Forgot Password - What do I do?

Click the “Forgot Password?” link in the "Login Form" on the homepage or in the toolbar.

Bid on a vehicle you want to purchase - How?

First, you must be registered as an approved dealer. Once your account is verified, you may search for the vehicle you want to purchase. Once you select the vehicle you want to make a bid on, fill out the bid amount and click on “make an offer”. Be sure to confirm the bid amount.

Vehicle Location - Where are they located?

The details about each vehicle's location can be found under each vehicle's listing. The buyer is responsible to be sure they are making offers on the vehicles from the city which they will be able to make the purchase and pick up the vehicle.

Changing or canceling a bid - Is it possible?

No. You have no ability to edit your bid amount or cancel it. After the bid is submitted, it is final. After the bidding period ends, the highest bidder will win the vehicle.

Bidding Period on Auction Streaming - How long?

Each vehicle has a bidding period which remains open for 72 hours after it is listed on Auction Streaming. The bidding period can be extended for an additional 24 hours if the required number of bids are not received.

Highest Bidder - How will I know?

You will be notified by email. The email will be sent to you if you are the highest bidder at the close of the bidding period. The email which is sent to you will contain your submitted bid amount. It will also contain instructions about making arrangements to pay and pick up the vehicle. After the notification email is sent, you should allow 24 hours until contacting the store. The 24 hour period will allow the Company to complete the necessary processes to document the sale of this vehicle. The stores will not release any vehicles until after the 24 hour period has expired.

Making Payments - After being notified by email that I am the winning bidder, how long until i need to pay?

After you receive your email notification about being the winning bidder, you have 72 business hours to make the payment.

Vehicle Payment- How do I pay for my vehicle?

You have several options to make the payment for your vehicle. You can do so by: cash, certified cashier’s check, money order, or debit card.

Delivery of Vehicles - Is it possible with Auction Streaming?

This is currently unavailable by Auction Streaming. The winning bidder will have to arrange his/her own vehicle transport.

Time Frame for picking up your vehicle - How long do I have?

First the winning bidder will be notified via email. Next, the bidder will have to wait for the sale to process which will take 24 hours. The bidder now has five days to pick up the vehicle from its location. The dealer will risk losing the vehicle as well as having bidding permissions revoked if the vehicle is not picked up within the five days.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: The stores will not release any vehicles until after the 24 hour period has expired. The 24 hour period will allow the Company to complete the necessary processes to document the sale of this vehicle. Confirmation for vehicle payment - How will I be notified?

All payments must be made in person to the store which holds the vehicle title. After the store receives your payment, you will receive a bill of sale as well as the vehicle title and lien release.

Issues with making payments or picking up the vehicle - Who do I contact?

If you experience any issues with making payments or arranging your vehicle’s pick up you should contact the store that is listed in the winning bid confirmation email you received. This will be the contact information you can use for any questions or concerns regarding the vehicle.
